• Access Period: You will have access to your files indefinitely, with backup copies stored securely.

Physical Products

For physical merchandise, hardware, or any tangible items we may offer:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of order confirmation.
• Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post for domestic deliveries, and DHL, FedEx for international shipments.
• Estimated Delivery:
  • Within Pakistan: 2-5 business days
  • International: 5-14 business days (depending on destination)
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

• Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders over ₨25,000.
• Digital Products: No shipping cost — delivered electronically.

• Physical Orders (Domestic): 2-5 business days after processing
• Physical Orders (International): 5-14 business days after processing
• Custom Projects: As specified in your project timeline
