• Defective Products: If a digital product is defective or not functioning as described, we will either fix the issue or provide a full refund.

Custom Development Projects

For custom websites, applications, bots, and other development services:

• No Returns: Custom development projects are not returnable as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
• Revision Period: We offer 2 rounds of revisions included in most project packages to ensure your satisfaction.
• Quality Guarantee: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work to correct it at no additional cost.
• Refund Alternative: In cases where we are unable to resolve issues, we may offer a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Physical Products

For physical merchandise, hardware, or any tangible items we may offer:

• Return Window: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
