Privacy Policy

Your security and privacy are fundamental to how we build and deliver our software.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We collect only what is strictly required to deliver and authenticate your digital licenses.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account at THOFFICIAL (thofficial.com), we collect minimal data essential to process your order:

  • Contact Information: Your email address for sending order invoices, license keys, and update notifications.
  • Transaction Reference: Order ID, payment timestamp, and payment gateway confirmation code. We never see or store full credit card numbers or banking secrets.
  • Hardware Identification: A cryptographic hash of your device configuration (HWID) to lock the license key to your designated workstation.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information gathered is used exclusively for:

  • Issuing, activating, and validating your software licenses.
  • Providing technical assistance and resolving customer support tickets.
  • Preventing unauthorized software cracking, duplicate sharing, and payment fraud.
  • Notifying you of game version patches and critical software security updates.

3. Security & Data Protection

All communication between your browser and our servers is secured using modern TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS). Furthermore, our license database enforces strict salted hashing and least-privilege administrative access.

4. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, SellAuth, and decentralized blockchain networks). These processors adhere to the highest PCI-DSS security standards. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of your order records and customer profile from our systems at any time once your license duration concludes. Simply contact our support desk with your order email.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect operational changes or improvements. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date stamp.

7. Contacting Us
